We've put together a list of frequently asked questions so you'll know everything you need to know before upgrading your smartphone
Hand in your old phone, and we’ll inspect it to determine its final value. Once you confirm, we’ll issue a refund and/or offer additional benefits. The vivo Trade-In Program is our responsible trade-in service designed to benefit you. In this way, we reduce electronic waste and give materials a second life.
We accept smartphones of all brands and models, regardless of their condition—even if the screen is broken or the device won’t turn on.
Once we receive your device, we will inspect it and provide a final quote. If the actual price differs from the quote, we will ask for your confirmation. If you accept the final price (if applicable), we will process your payment within three business days.
If you disagree with the assessment results, we will return your device at no charge.
Once the verification process is complete and you have accepted the final assessment results (if applicable), we will refund a portion of the purchase price of your new Vivo phone and/or offer additional benefits (such as promotional coupons). The refund will be processed within 3 business days.
